NSW family contact services provides supervised contact, change overs, transport support and observation-based reporting. We do not provide legal advice, counselling, therapy or mediation. or information shared on this website is general in nature and should not be relied upon as legal guidance. families should seek independent legal advice for any court parenting or legal matters.
Terms & Conditions
Purpose-
NSW Family Contact Services offers supervised contact, supervised changeovers, transport support, and factual observation reporting. We function as a neutral third party and do not provide counseling, legal advice, parenting guidance, or mediation services.

Bookings & Availability-
All bookings are subject to availability and safety assessment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if safety concerns arise.

Cancellation Policy-
Less than 24 hour notice - $70 cancellation fee
Same day cancellations or no-shows- full session fee
Repeated cancellations may result in services being discontinued.

Behaviour & Safety-
All parties must behave respectfully and follow the supervisors' instructions at all times.
Aggressive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.

Confidentiality-
All personal information is kept confidential except where:

Required for risk/safety reasons

Reporting-
Reports are factual observations only.
We do not make recommendations about custody, parenting decisions, or legal outcomes.
No Recording Policy-
Recording (audio/video), live streaming, or photographing the supervisor, child, or other party is strictly prohibited unless written permission is obtained.
Transport Safety-
All transport provided by NSW Family Contact Services follows child safety guidelines.
Parents must provide correctly fitted car seats when required.
Termination of Services-
Services may be suspended or ended if:

Safety is at risk

Payment is not made
-
The court order is unclear

A parent breaches the terms
